Help you create a customized orthodontic treatment plan
Discuss all financial information, insurance options, and payment plans
Average Cost of Treatment
There isn’t really an “average” cost of treatment. The amount of money you spend depends on the patient’s age, the nature of the problem, and the type of treatment your orthodontist recommends. Nonetheless, average costs can be estimated based on reports from past and current patients. Without insurance, braces or Invisalign treatment can range from $1,500 to $7,500, based on the complexity of treatment.
If you have dental insurance, find out if it includes coverage for orthodontic treatment. It is possible for your policy to at least partially cover the cost of orthodontic care. Coverages typically range from $1,000 to $3,500, where the insurance will pay for a percentage of the proposed treatment fee.
You can pay for orthodontic treatment in a number of ways:
If you have health insurance with a Flexible Savings Account (FSA) option, you may find that you qualify for reimbursement from the FSA for orthodontics.
At Trü Orthodontics, we pride ourselves on keeping treatment affordable by extending no-interest financing to our patients and their families. When multiple family members start treatment, we will work with you to make orthodontics fit into your budget.
